    "1) I believe that there could be a better, more complete RTtimeValue (p90+).
    While the included format does handle many situations it is not sufficiently
    general. For example, it could handle several other common time designators,
    e.g., time zones (EST, GMT, PDT,...), Julian Date, and (the un-related)
    Julian Calendar, approximates times, and to support diversity, non Gregorian
    calendars."
