    Second, in the example on page 6-11

    "there is a notational difference that I don't get. <<CRAsync>> is put on
    the receiving instance (on TelemDataDisplay) but for the synch. invocations
    <<CRSynch>> is put on the client side (TelemetryDisplayer).
