SPTP — more abstract demand unit needed

CPU demands are represented as time values... this is useful for limited studies, but a more abstract demand unit, that can be scaled to different platforms, which give greater modeling power. There is no obvious unit for this... the definition of execution demands could be relaxed so it can be any units. Call it demand instead of execution time.
