Summary:
PaextOpValue is a complex tagged value that seems to iterate over a set of operation and provide information about those operations. Wouldn't it be better to introduce a stereotype of operation and add <integer> and <time-value> to that? We would then either add a tag from "Pastep" to this new stereotype or use an existing UML relationship.
