REQIF13 — Updated XSD for Version 1.1 or 1.2

I am looking at the latest ReqIF spec and documentation (1.2), but I am having an issue with the ReqIF.xsd provided in the Normative Machine Readable Documents section (dtc/11-04-05). It seems to be the XSD for version 1.0.

The reason I am asking is that I validated Reqif file generated by DOORS using dtc/11-04-05, and right away I received an error for the header. In dtc/11-04-05, the XSD uses elements as content for the header for REPOSITORY-ID, while the DOORS generated ReqIF file uses attributes. The DOORS reqif file is showing a ReqIf version of 1.1.

It is possible IBM DOORS does not produce a compliant ReqIF document, but is there an updated XSD for 1.1 or 1.2?
