OARIS11 — inconsistency: units of Latitude/Longitude in notes verses tags

  • Summary:

    The classes latitude_coordinate_type and longitude_coordinate_type in Coordinates_and_Positions have a Unit tag = rad (for radians) and a Range from -pi/2 .. pi/2 and -pi .. pi respectively.
    The notes for the class state degrees however.

    Change Class Tags to be degrees

    Change the tags for classes latitude_coordinate_type and longitude_coordinate_type to be the equivalent for degrees as opposed to radians.
    This is consistent with implementations and the original submitters intent.
