Summary:
IDL 4.2 allows the @value on an enum to set a specific value for example
enum Test_E
{ @value(8) TEST_NO, @value(10) TEST_YES }
;
It would be more clear and logical when IDL would allow
enum Test_E
{ TEST_NO = 8, TEST_YES = 10 }
;
