FIBOFND11 — Incorrect XML file locations in specification cover pages, and incorrectliy listed About files

The list of files on the coversheet of the FIBO Foundations 1.0 Specification lists the UML XMI files (suffixed .xml) as a mix of paths: some include the Module namespace fragment and some do not.

At an earlier version of Foundations, all UML XMI files were listed without the Module fragment due to some technical constraint. If that constraint still holds, all the UML XMI files should be listed without the Module URI fragment in the path; if that constraint no longer holds, they should all be listed with the Module URI fragment in the path.

In addition, the list includes the module-level 'About' files. However, the list is identified as being a list of Normative files. According to the Inventory supplied with the FBC RFC, About files are not considered normative, These should therefore be removed from this list.

Delete About files and insert Module URI Framgments for UML XMI

1. Removal of About Files Reference
Remove the following entries from the normative listing of RDF/OWL Files:

2. Changes to UML XMI URIs
With the exception of UML XMI files listed as part of the FBC submission, and ones listed at the submission of the FTF2 Report or Beta2, all UML XMI files are listed without the name of the Module component. Add the Module name after the version fragment and before the ontology name in all file entries ending in .xml so that the resulting listing looks like the below:
