DDSXTY12 — Fix a Number of Issues in Final Document

The different issues that have been resolved as part of this RTF have fixed most of the issues that were reported. However, these contain some typos, missing Figure changes, etc.

The purpose of this issue is to fix these mistakes in the final document.

1. Change all Figures referring to Bitsets to point to the new Bitmasks (related to DDSXTY12-122).
2. Update all references to [RTPS] to point to the appropriate version in RTPS 2.2.
3. Unify code snippet styles
4. Fix Figure and Table numbers and names
5. Fix Preface Section
6. Update XMI file incorporating changes in the model
7. Change all uses of 'append' to 'appendable'
8. Change anywhere that says 'CDR Data Representation' to 'CDR Representation'
9. Change all uses of "aggregate type" to "aggregated type"
10. In Section 7.6.2.2.2 note that this section refers to TypeObject version 1.
11. Replace color-dependent annotations with bold.
12. Add "Twin Oaks Computing, Inc." to the list of companies that have contributed.
13. Update copyright years.
14. Update Data Representation Figure to reflect the changes introduced in DDSXTY12-18, which introduces a new version of CDR data representation

Fixing a number of issues in final document

This proposal addresses all the different issues listed in the ticket description. The goal is to fix all the typos and small problems that have been introduced during the work of this RTF.
