Summary:
Pratically nobody uses XML in combination with REST today, yet the mars/13-05-21 only provides for this option.
This is a critical issue that makes the submissing practically useless.

Disposition Summary:
AB resolved the issue out of scope for FTF. Requested RFC process is followed instead
After some discussion the AB resolved that the issue was too big to be resolved by the FTF and should be solved via RFC instead.
AB stated the RFC process could be very short and narrow. Essentially focusing it on addressing this one issue. Henceforth the previous resolution s cancelled an this issue is left open to be closed by a future RFC.
