CSIV2 — GSSUP names are incompatible with the Identity Token

  • Summary:

    The name type used in the GSSUP mechanism for Client Authentication over
    the transport name type is not convertible to anything used by the
    Identity Token. This situation becomes a problem when on the server side
    where you need to quote, (i.e. identity assert) the client's authenticated
    identity to another CSIv2 CORBA outcall on behalf of the client.
