    The AuthorizationToken type is defined inconsitently with respect to its
    definition in IDL module CSI.

    typedef sequence <X509AuthorizationElement> AuthorizationToken;

    in module CSI

    typedef sequence <AuthorizationElement> AuthorizationToken;

    The definition in 16.2.3 should be chnaged to agree with that in the IDL
