CORBA24 — valuetype factory inheritence?

    The CORBA 2.3.1 Core specification is silent on the issue of whether
    factories defined for a valuetype are "inherited" into derived
    valuetypes. I assume that there is no such inheritence.

    Proposal:

    Add to the end of the first paragraph in 3.8.1.5:

    "Initializers defined in a valuetype are not inherited by derived
    valuetypes."
