Summary:
On page 10-46 of the latest draft, at the end of section 10.6.5.2,
there are three paragraphs that talk about a SoftCo printer. It looks
like these are somewhere else in previous version and accidentally
got moved or left behind during the edition for the chapter.
(If that's a wrong guess, I'd like to know what they are doing there
because they most certainly don't contribute to the content of this
section
