CORBA24 — Section 7.6: IDL context housecleaning

    Now that we've bitten the bullet and moved the Exception section from
    chapter 3 to chapter 4, shouldn't we do the same thing with section 7.6,
    since IDL contexts actually have little to do with the DII?

    I propose that we move section 7.6 to chapter 4 as well.
