CORBA24 — Editorial issue for CORBA 2.3, 1.3.8.20

    Section 11.3.8.20 (servant_to_id) was not updated in the same fashion as
    section 11.3.8.21.

    There are two problems:

    1. The RETAIN policy in the first paragraph needs bold face.

    2. Behaviors 1 & 2 should both require the RETAIN policy, just like the
    text in section 11.3.8.21.
