CORBA24 — CORBA 2.3 spec hasn't been updated with corrections in COM-CORBA Part B

    I notice that the CORBA 2.3 spec hasn't been updated with one of the corrections in
    part B of the COM-CORBA Interworking spec (orbos/97-09-06).

    page 13C-130 of the Part B spec, CORBA::Char mapping to UI1 has not been updated
    in the corresponding section in the CORBA 2.3 spec (19.3.1, page 19-10).
