Summary:
The semantics for local interfaces states:
A valuetype may support a local interface.
This brings up two questions.
1. Can it support multiple? In addition to a unconstrained non abstract
interface?
2. Does it then become a local type (I think not, I think it becomes a
local type only when it contains state that is a local type) -
