Summary:
I was wondering why the Standard Exception definitions are in Chapter 3 IDL
Syntax and Semantics. Shouldn't they be better in Chapter 4 ORB Interfaces?
I would like to get a feel for how the RTF membership feels about moving the
entire section 3.21 from Chapter 3 to Chapter 4. -
