BPMN21 — CorrelationSubscription Ownership - Sub Process

Currently only Processes can 'own' Correlation Subscriptions. However, also Sub Processes should be able to define and own Correlation Subscriptions.

Use case: restrict the lifecycle of the correlation subscription to the sub process only (as opposed to activating the subscription for the entire lifecycle of the process. This is particularly required in the case of long running processes.
