BPMN21 — flowNodeRefs containment and subprocess clarification

    does FlowNode that are inside a SubProcess should be listed in flowNodeRefs of a lane?

    I found no official sample for this use case but several different implementations among BPMN Tools.
    All offical samples with SubProcess have them directly in a pool so no flowNodeRefs
