Summary:
The standard says: "Significance levels are: none, watch, warning, distress, critical and severe" These appear to be AlarmCondition types
The XSD defines a SignificanceType as having a consequenceLevel. And that the ConsequenceLevel types are: normal, vital, critical, forbidden, user1, and user2
This should be corrected.
