    This diagram shows that NameDescriptionType is child of DescriptionType.
    This is true but no other class diagram shows this inheritance so Figure 4
    appears to be inconsistent. It may be help to have a small paragraph
    discussing the relationship between DescriptionType, NameDescriptionType, and
    OptionalNameDescriptionType near the beginning of the document.
