This model will allow a spacecraft operator to transition a spacecraft mission from one ground system to another by simply moving a compliant, already existing command and telemetry database to another ground system, which equally supports this same model." Dismembering the rest of the 1st. paragraph to become the second, additional paragraph, with the same original content, as:"For a given mission … at each step in the lifecycle." Original paragraph 3 :"Ideally, a spacecraft operator … telemetry database specification."is proposed to be completely deleted.
