    3. Add provisions to the command schema to accommodate flight software developers (see Section A.above) and system integrators (automatic code generation, command and code documentation).
    RID RESPONSE:
    AncillaryDataSet has been added that may help in this area-it allows for "tag/text" type descriptions to be created. However, nothing specific to flight software has been added, work in this area could be attmpted in the future however. This is also similar to JPL-019, suggest merging.
