15. A way to specify "meta" framing in commands

I believe the general idea is that the metadata segment provided with the command container type could also be framed in various ways. Metadata could also contain custom information such as the command name, command priority, size of packet or any housekeeping information such as transaction IDs. My guess is that this metadata could used for command filtering, accountability and traceability and there could be layers of metadata. My reading of this is that user may want some flexibility on how to use and where to place metadata …
