    14. Need repeats blocks in commands, with a length
    RID RESPONSE:
    This is the same JPL-005
    XTCE commands have the following underlying Model. Arguments are something set by a human at an "ops console". Command-parameters are set by machine. In XTCE, the repeat of Argument type isn't currently supported because of this division. If the repeat is needed, a command parameter should be defined and used for this purpose.If repeat of human-settable arguments is needed, this would be a schema change.
