Remove PCM from name PCMStreamType.
RID RESPONSE:
XTCE does not include analog modulation schemes, but clearly does begin with PCM streams (nrzl, nrzm, nrzs, ). This is important to do because it's possible for a container etc. to include segments of streams encoded with varying PCM types.
