Delete use of word Frame in stream types.
RID RESPONSE:
In the context of Streams 'Frame' does have a real meaning and we do need to name Streams that are
marked on fixed or variable boundaries with some type of 'Frame Sync Marker'
It could be argued that frame should have been called 'Container'. Recommend new names instead of
simply dropping 'Frame'.
