XTCE11 — SpaceSystemType

Defining the model type to which space elements are applicable, i.e. SVF, EM, PFM, etc are
not available.
For each system element include a list where the models for which this system element are
valid are include. All elements of that system element are then valid for all the models in the
list (Engineering model, thermal model, flight model, system verification facility, etc).
