XTCE11 — ParameterType

    It would be great to define PUS (C-Telemetry and telecommand packet utilization, ECSS-E-70- 41A, 30 Jan 2003, chapter 23 ) parameter types and then extends these types for the need of the database. This means that there should be a way to derive parameter types, or extend them (the same concept exists already for containers). With this extension, the parameter type set would be much smaller than now and simpler to understand.
    A way to provide this is to add an attribute to a parameter type that allows to reference another parameter type.
