    It is possible to set a default value (i.e. initial value) for a command parameter in XTCE, but in SCOS 2K, the default value is sometime expressed in the engineering format. And XTCE
    does not support the engineering format for the default value. XTCE should allow default value in engineering (calibrated) format and give a way to deduce the format of the default value
