    In SCOS 2000, a calibrated value has an engineering format and a radix attached to itself.
    These concepts are not supported by XTCE. For a proper conversion it is interesting to have an engineeringFormat attribute, and a rawRadix attribute. The engineering format can be signed/unsigned integer or real. The radix is only applicable to unsigned integer parameter value and can be decimal, hexadecimal or octal.
