VF — Do not use color in normative graphics.

You use color and fancy graphics in many places. This is misleading and has no place in a normative clause. All graphics and diagrams must be in pure black-and-white by default, unless color or special graphic styles are part of the normative syntax. You may use color to emphasize a certain fact in a graphic, but then you have to state in a legend to that graphic that this is not part of the syntax, explain the meaning of the color and what you are emphasizing. Particularly bad in figures 35, 39, 64, 65, 66, 76, 91. Marginal in figures 81, 95. Also in 89 and 90.
