VF — Just one Observation (SMM) per Scenario (VDML) is too restrictive.

    Currently a Scenario (VDML) can only have one Observation (SMM). This blocks the possibility to e.g. periodically monitor based on the same Scenario. It should be possible that a Scenario (actually AnalysisContext) links to multiple Observations.
