UPDM — Need to make SubSystemPart part of the DoDAF resources model

    Description:- To get the proper whole part relationship between System and SystemsNode there is a need for the SubSystemPart to be typed by System and made be able to make it a part of a SystemsNode. The current resources model does not support this unless using the MODAF resource elements
