Summary:
OperationalServiceConsumer has been introduced because of DoDAF 1.5. If one is to assign an Operational Node the OperationalCapabilityRole of OperationalServiceConsumer, shouldn’t they also specify the Service that the Operational Node is consuming? If so, or if not, the text should specify how one uses this property value. Right now it seems open to interpretation.
