    The 2.5 spec says:

    “Shallow history entry: If the incoming Transition terminates on a shallowHistory Pseudostate of the composite State, the active substate becomes the substate that was most recently active prior to this entry,”

    It is not clear what the ``state`of the substates of the history state are.
