    The 2.5 spec says:

    “As a way of avoiding this situation in some cases, it is possible to associate a predefined guard denoted as “else” with at most one outgoing Transition”

    The formal specification of the “else” keyword is not given (presumably maps to a Constraint that is the conjunctive negation of all the other Constraints)
