UML25 — Behavior is not allowed to be source or target of an InformationFlow

  • Summary:

    The InformationFlow element has an additional constraint that only allows a few classifiers to be source and target of an information flow. I don’t know why an Activity ­ or more general a Behavior ­ is not allowed to be a source or target of an information flow.

    I propose to allow Behavior source/target of an InformationFlow.

    Seems like a reasonable request. Although not truly a duplicate of issue 18415, we merge this issue with 18415
    because both issues affect the same OCL constraint. It will be less confusing to construct a reply to both problems in
    one place.
