    Throughout the spec, «create», is someimes spelled with an initial cap and sometimes not, indicated to be standard profile stereotype. However in the list of standard profile stereotypes, it is given as «Create». It is also given as both «Create» and «create» in the table of Keywords here in Annex C.
    What is the correct capitalization?
