Summary:
State lists are not limited to no triggers
See Figure 14-13 and Figure 14-14.They are limited to no effects, though I don't see why
Also this does not cover Figure 14-13, which has the transition F going back to the original state. This can't be modeled as transition to a junction pseudostate. Either transition F is not legal for a state list, or this paragraph is overly restrictive.

Disposition Summary:
Remove the text saying state list have no triggers. The effect limitation is defined by the state machine
chapter and only restated in Annex B. However, there are other errors in the description of the underlying
model, so the text should refer to the state machine chapter to reduce redundancy. -
