Summary:
Clarification of conflicting transitions
This requires clarification. So, does this mean that conflicting transitions are not allowed? Sometimes conflicting transitions can only be identified at run time, for example, in the case of guarded transitions. The following paragraph clarifies some of the ambiguity, but not all of it. Still, the case when two transitions are at the same nesting level is still ambiguous.
