Remove current diagram 14.14, because it adds no new information (it only gives an example for the situation
shown in 14.13 but with meaningful statenames.
Add a new diagram 14.14 to show the equivalent statemachine without state lists. Remove Text about history
states and the corresponding transition in diagram 14.13.
