Axel: The main reason for raising issue was, that I think, this is not correct English:
“No one approach is defined for the case when there is no initial Pseudostate exists within the Region.”
Bran: Actually, the English is at least formally correct. In fact, the same formulation is used elsewhere in
the spec (section 13.2.3). However, since it has proven confusing to at least one reader, that wording should
be changed throughout the spec. -
