    has its terms defined under the bulleted list after the first un-indented "where", except for "<parameter-list>".

    That term is defined one level too deep, where "<oper-property>" terms are defined.

    The bullet found there (i.e., "<parameter-list> is a list of Parameters of the Operation in the following format:") should become the third bullet in the first level of bullets.
