UML25 — Note refers to an undiscussed concept

    The sentence "Note that the set..." talks about unqualified names, but there isn't any discussion of what those actually are so the note seems rather out of place.

    Proposed Resolution:

    Change sentence to simply describe the use of unqualified names rather than being a confusing note.
