Disposition Summary:
Yes, it could, and making effect multiple might be a desirable enhancement, but could affect interoperability.
Instead,clarify that a single effect does not exclude other effects from occurring. Also clarify that effect does
not apply to primitive types, because they cannot be created or deleted. Update the definitions in the table
to be non-circular. -
