Summary:
Is this known issue, that just one ConnectionPointReference can point into same connection point?
It's not possible to create two SubMachineStates with ConnectionPointReferences assigned with same StateMachine, because meta Association between PseudoState (connection point) and ConnectionPointReference has multiplicity [0..1].This destructs all concept of reusable StateMachines
