UAF12 — Add the UAF Metamodel on a page

Add Lar's diagram in the appropriate places in the documentation.

The full scope of the Domain Metamodel in UAF was difficult to understand, so a higher level "conceptual schema" was created as a single view that captures the top sixty elements of the DMM in a manner that is more readily understandable by architects, engineers and managers. This "metmodel on a page" is included in the EA Guide for UAF document which is a non-normative component of the UAF spec.
